Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping domestically within Australia, but check back soon to see if there are any changes!
When will my order be shipped?
This depends if you have a custom design in your order, however most orders are being created and packed within 2-5 businses days. We currently ship on Tuesday' and Friday's exc public holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are dependent on Australia Post, however we usually find our express orders are received in less than 3 business days! If you're in a rush, please contact us and we can see how we can get your order to you ASAP!
How do I track my order?
Your order status will be updated automatically as it progresses, with email notifications along the way! If you're not sure, you can always reach out to us for help.
Can I pick up?
Yes! We offer pickup from Kurri Kurri, NSW. You can select local pickup on check out, and wait for your confirmation email will address specifics. We will be in touch to ensure someone is home when you want to collect your order.

Where can I buy your digital files?
If you have your own 3D printer, all our designs are available to download digitally for you to print at your own convenience! If you can't see a particular item, please let us know and we can make it available for you.

What are your products made from?
We have a fleet of Bambulabs 3D printers and use high quality PLA for all our cookie stamps and cutters. Polylactic acid, also known as PLA, is a thermoplastic monomer derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane.
PLA does require some care in the use and handling as detailed on the care card that we place in every parcel.
What are the care instrutions?
Cookie stamps & cutters are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with soap and warm (not hot) water.
Scrub with a small brush as required.
Do not soak in water for long periods.
Store in a cool dry place, contact with heat and/or pressure may cause cutters to warp or melt.
